Location: the hotel was right by Carrefour supermarket and the establishment. Found time to see Lake Vacaresti, that's just a short walk away from the property.

We had a standard queen room and it was huge and silent. The location was magnificent and unbeatable in the mall and the atmosphere was elegant.

The hotel has a magnificent and best possible location, away from city attractions. The standard queen room is recently renovated and quiet.

All the personnel was highly qualified and really helpful. Overall it was good standard and brand-new for a hot drink.

Magnificent and unbeatable location in Bucharest, short walk to the center of the city or the old town as well as centre. Also, in a different area to other guests.

The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the lobby bar.

We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous, nice to get views of the skyline. Further, it was so close to regional market square, and 4 stops.

By and large, it was pleasant place with gentle staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered healthy dishes. The room was huge, the location was excellent and absolutely perfect. The hotel was set in a great area.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff at the reception desk were always at my service, making my experience here even more enjoyable. The location, although in a distant area, provided fast access to the city center. It was nice to have the convenience of room service and airport shuttle available. The room amenities, such as air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, were a lovely touch. I also appreciated the sitting area and in-room safe. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for dining and relaxing.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a fantastic place to stay with excellent service and amenities.

The hotel is located very close to Sf Ioan hospital, it's new and the rooms are quite big, elevators function well

Room was not as described when I made the reservation, we did not have a separate sleeping and sitting area as in the pictures but a simple double room. We were told this was an error on the side of booking. The room we ordered did not cost 73 Euro but 96, if I wanted the other room they wanted the difference paid. please check and advise as this is a serious error.

The grand reception and swimming pool were impressive, perfect for foreign tourists like us. We appreciated the upgrade of our room and the 24-hour pool and gym access. The breakfast each morning was good, although the menu was the same every day. The front desk, concierge, and maid service were excellent, providing friendly and cooperative assistance.

Felt special, no complaint.
